We have the utmost respect for you and your busy schedule.  At Yelo, we promise that we’ll never waste your time with typical spa-type protocols such as waiting to check out, waiting to pay, hard sell tactics etc. We’ve done away with all of those little time-wasting details, so when you visit YeloSpa, your time is spent on You.

It all starts with The Welcome…

Upon arrival, notice the warm and peaceful color scheme inspired by the robe and sash worn by Tibetan Monks.  Sip artisanal tea from a floating Lantern and refresh with a scented hot towel as you embark on your Yelo journey.

When you enter Yelo, you may choose to check yourself in and proceed directly to your YeloCab^TM, or to stop and chat with a staff member about any questions or concerns you may have. It’s entirely up to you.

If you prefer, all payments can be collected via credit card, membership card or gift card prior to the start of treatment. Yelo Reward Members can also book and pay for all treatments online.
