Noise
Our Spa environment is tranquil and relaxing. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.

Cell Phones
For the respect of all spa guests’ tranquility, cell phones must be turned off or silenced in our treatment areas.

Spa Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to fill out a “Getting to Know You” form and to prepare for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will be in effect. Without this notification you will be billed for each service. A credit card account number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service.

Return Policy
Un-used products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your spa reservation.

Massage and Body Treatments
Please specify therapist gender preference at the time of booking. Speak with the therapist directly about style and depth of pressure. You must be 18 or over to receive massage treatments.

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Reception Team to guide you in selecting the treatments that are appropriate for you during this special time.

Payment
All major credit cards accepted. We do not accept personal checks.

Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity. 15%-20% is both appropriate and appreciated. A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.
